As chief actuary, Larry Schreiber is responsible for supervising the pricing of Modern Woodmen’s life insurance and annuity products. He also oversees certification of the organization's financial soundness to various regulatory bodies.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison, Schreiber began his career with Modern Woodmen in 1984. Schreiber is Fellow in the Society of Actuaries. He has also earned the Fellow, Life Management Institute designation and is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Schreiber is past president of the actuaries’ section of the American Fraternal Alliance and has received the Luther College Jacobson-Rugland award, which honors fraternal actuaries for contributions to the actuarial profession and support of the fraternal benefit system.
Schreiber has two grown children. He and his wife Judy live in Davenport, Iowa.
