As national secretary at Modern Woodmen, Prior is responsible for 12 operational departments at Modern Woodmen’s home office.

A certified public accountant, Harbaugh is a retired partner from McGladrey & Pullen, LLP.

Since 1987, Hurst has served as regional director of Modern Woodmen’s Arkansas region.

Judge Robert C. Pollex is a judge of the Wood County, Ohio, Common Pleas Court, General Division.
