The Modern Woodmen Board of Directors includes:
    • W. Kenny Massey
      W. Kenny Massey
      Massey began with Modern Woodmen of America in 1982. He has served the society as a financial representative, managing partner, regional director and director of agencies before being appointed to the role as president and CEO in 2005.
    • Darcy Callas
      Darcy G. Callas
      Callas serves as Modern Woodmen's general counsel and became a member of the board of directors in 2006. 
    • David B. Emrick
      David B. Emrick
      Emrick is a retired office managing partner for Deloitte & Touche LLP and has served on the board of directors since October 2009. 
    • Denis P. Prior
      Denis P. Prior
      As national secretary at Modern Woodmen, Prior is responsible for 12 operational departments at Modern Woodmen’s home office.
    • Albert Hurst Jr.
      Albert T. Hurst, Jr.
      Since 1987, Hurst has served as regional director of Modern Woodmen’s Arkansas region.
    • Jerry F. Harbaugh
      Jerry F. Harbaugh
      A certified public accountant, Harbaugh is a retired partner from McGladrey & Pullen, LLP.
    • William D. Keltner
      William D. Keltner
      Keltner has served as a regional director since 1989 and was appointed to Modern Woodmen's Board of Directors in October 2009.
    • Larry L. Schreiber
      Larry L. Schreiber

      Serving as actuary at Modern Woodmen, Schreiber was named to the board of directors in 2011.

    • Robert C. Pollex
      Judge Robert C. Pollex is a judge of the Wood County, Ohio, Common Pleas Court, General Division.
