For just $24 a year, you can purchase $7,500 of life insurance protection for children age 0 to 10, and they will be covered to age 18. At age 18, the child’s coverage can be converted to a permanent or another term life insurance plan.

Benefit amounts of $10,000 and $25,000 are available with Step One, which you can purchase for children and young adults aged 0 to 25 for coverage to age 30. At age 30, coverage can be converted to term or permanent life insurance for up to two times the face amount.
