Volunteers
In the people-helping-people spirit of fraternalism, Modern Woodmen members across the nation team up to improve quality of life in their local areas. Adult and youth members clean up parks; spend time with the elderly; and conduct fundraisers for individuals, shelters, schools and other community organizations in need. Youth Educational Programs
More than 1 million children benefit from Modern Woodmen Youth Educational Programs each year. Schools, homeschoolers and youth groups can receive free program guides and materials on ecology, safety and life skills, public speaking, civics and history, and more.

In the Quad Cities - Our home office hometown
Modern Woodmen supports family events, education, the arts and more in our home office community. Employees volunteer on community boards, at Modern Woodmen-sponsored community events and in our partner elementary school through Modern Woodmen’s Adopt A School Program. Monetary support assists additional local community events and initiatives.
