Attention members affected by Midwest flooding
In response to the damage and disruption of lives caused by recent flooding in the Midwest, the grace period for premium payments has been extended for Modern Woodmen members who reside in the impacted areas. Please contact your Modern Woodmen representative or our home office Service Center at (800) 447-9811, M - F, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Central Time.

A special message for Illinois residents
Illinois has established a State Flood Recovery Assistance Hotline to link people affected by floods to state assistance programs. The hotline will operate daily from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. To access the toll-free hotline, individuals should call (866) 848-2067 (1-866-214-4479 TTY). Call takers will make referrals to state agencies that deliver human services or provide direct assistance to disaster victims.

Modern Woodmen members make a difference
Members in affected states will conduct fundraisers to be matched by the home office. Results from these fundraisers will be updated periodically.

• In Davenport, Iowa, a collection for the American Red Cross yielded a donation of $1,609.37. Modern Woodmen contributed an additional $3,390.63 for a total of $5,000.
