David B. Emrick, Davenport, Iowa, is a retired office managing partner for Deloitte & Touche LLP. He has served on Modern Woodmen’s Board of Directors since October 2009.

A graduate of Ball State University, Emrick earned his Certified Public Accountant certificate in 1973.

Emrick has served on the boards of the Putnam Museum and Genesis Health Services Foundation. He is a member of the college of business advisory council for St. Ambrose University, Davenport, Iowa. He is the past president of the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants, Western Chapter. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

He and his wife, Linda, have three children.
