• Your premium paid by Modern Woodmen.

Matching 401(k) plan
• Contribute up to 15 percent of your compensation.
• Modern Woodmen matches 50 percent of your contribution, up to 6 percent.
• Eligibility begins after one year under contract and reaching age 21.
• Vesting is on a gradual schedule.
• Society contributions are 100 percent vested after six years of service.
Noncontributory retirement plan
• Monthly retirement annuity to be earned each year.
• (0.0175 x annual compensation)/12.
• Credits begin after six months under contract.
• Vested after five years of active service.
Group term life insurance
• Premium paid by Modern Woodmen.
• Coverage of two times your compensation earned over 12 months immediately prior to death.
• $200,000 maximum benefit.
• Eligibility begins after one year of continuous service under contract.
Social Security and Medicare taxes
• Modern Woodmen contributes 7.65 percent.
