leader in training, you’ll be compensated as a financial representative. Modern Woodmen’s Business Development Program provides a substantial performance-based subsidy to support your income as you get started and learn the business.
During your first year you’ll qualify for the Career Development Award. The average first-year income of new representatives who qualify for this award is $54,437.*
As you prepare for a managing partner appointment, your income will be supported through the Pre-management Recruiting Allowance for up to three months before becoming a leader.
Once appointed managing partner, you’ll enjoy one of the best management compensation programs in the industry. As you build your organization, your income will be supported through a Managing Partner Training Allowance and guaranteed minimum District Development Allowance.

As you continue your leadership journey, you’ll have the opportunity to become a regional director for Modern Woodmen. As with our advisor and leadership positions, the income opportunities are unlimited. New regional directors receive a five-year income support package as they build their organizations and their incomes.
