The purpose of the internship program is to help you develop your leadership and business skills. We want you to grow both personally and professionally.
As a Modern Woodmen intern, you will learn the value of a career in fraternal financial services. Through in-depth training from the local leadership team and guidance from successful representatives, you'll develop:
- Technical knowledge
- Sales, marketing, relationship-building and time management skills
- The words to say in any given situation
The thought of more lectures make you yawn? Don't worry. This is a hands-on internship. After pre-internship training, you'll be out meeting with clients, making recommendations and providing ongoing service. You'll build your own business as you experience firsthand the activities our full-time financial representatives perform daily.
