To help beneficiaries handle grief after a loved one dies, Modern Woodmen of America offers the Grief Assistance Program.  

Shortly after beneficiaries receive death benefit funds, they receive a special booklet. This free booklet provides practical advice, encouragement and useful information about grief. Another way for Modern Woodmen to extend sympathy, the book helps individuals cope with loss and adjust to life after the death of a loved one.
