Research and experts agree that many children have poor dietary habits and are physically inactive. To help kids make better nutrition choices and learn the benefits of physical activity, Modern Woodmen offers the free Exercise and Nutrition Program.
Who can use this program? The program is divided into three age groups, and it can be used with kids in prekindergarten through eighth grade. Schools, scouts, 4-H clubs, churches, park and recreation departments, and other youth organizations may use this free program.
Educational Designed to meet many national teaching standards, the program can be linked to various subject areas when used in a classroom environment.

- Jump ropes for each child
- Bookmarks for each child
- A comprehensive leader’s guidebook filled with lesson plans and activity ideas
