What’s in the Box?℠

The name makes you curious, right?

This fun box comes filled with small items carefully chosen for Modern Woodmen members who like subscription boxes, especially our millennial and Gen Z members. Recipients get two boxes during the year, while helping the community at the same time.

How? Well, that’s part of the fun. The box contents – and the impact – will be different with each delivery. Each box supports the community in some way, while helping members become aware of a cause, learn something new and/or interact with family, friends or neighbors – the hallmarks of Modern Woodmen fraternalism.

Do I qualify?

To be eligible, you must be:

• At least 21 years old when you apply.
• A member with Modern Woodmen life insurance and/or annuity coverage. (At least one certificate in good standing and in force for six months or more.)

Limit one subscription (of two boxes) per member household per year.

How to apply

• Log in to your online member account. This helps us verify your membership. (You can create an online account now if you don’t have one.)
• Navigate to What’s in the Box?^SM (under Social and Volunteer Opportunities) and fill out a quick questionnaire. This helps us learn more about your interests, so we have a better idea of what surprise you might enjoy most. (And, you know, it gives us important information … like where to send your boxes!)

Note: If you want What’s in the Box?^SM again next year, just reapply! Up to 2,500 subscriptions will be awarded annually, with preference given to new applicants.
